The sturdy Beefer Multifunction Cutting Board XL is an extremely practical addition to the 800 system and can even be used on both sides - what more could you want? One side offers a secure stand for the Beefer Pro accessories of the 800 system, e.g. the Plancha Plate XL, thanks to the raised edge, and integrated stainless steel spacers simultaneously provide heat protection for the wood on the other side. The other side has a meat groove. Made from the best oiled acacia wood and stainless steel. Best cleaned with a little lukewarm water and mild soaps.
