Where can I find the GIFT CARD to print out FOR the FIRE&FOOD GIFT SUBSCRIPTION?

After ordering a gift subscription, you will receive a link via email where you can download the gift card as a PDF and then print it out on your printer. Email deleted? No problem! You can also download the gift card directly here at any time.

How can I take out a FIRE&FOOD subscription?

How much are the shipping costs?

You can find all information about shipping costs here . There are generally no additional shipping costs for subscriptions, bookazines and books.

How can I manage my subscription?

Your FIRE&FOOD print, combo or PDF subscription is managed through our subscriber service. You can find the contact details here . For technical reasons, it is currently not possible to manage your subscription directly via this site. If you have a digital subscription via Amazon Kindle, United Kiosk or readly, the subscription must be managed through the respective provider.


The FIRE&FOOD magazine is published 4 times a year, always in February, April, July and November. You can find the exact publication dates here . When you take out a subscription, you can choose when it starts. Delivery will then take place either from the current or the next issue. As a subscriber, you will normally receive your issue up to 3 days before the officially stated publication date (EVT).

How can I access my digital downloads again?

You can download individual digital publications (e.g. bookazines, eDossiers, individual digital editions of FIRE&FOOD) that you have purchased through this shop again in the My Account area. If you have purchased a digital product without registering, you can simply register in the shop using the email address you used when ordering. You will then also find the download in the My Account area. Alternatively, you can download the product again using the link in your order confirmation.

I purchased a digital product in the old shop ( How can I access it? is our previous shop which has been transferred to this shop. Unfortunately, for technical reasons we were unable to transfer any accounts and purchases. If you would like to restore purchases from the old shop, please contact us.

A product has a defect or I don't like it. What can I do?

Your satisfaction is very important to us! Simply contact us and we will take care of it as quickly as possible. You can find details about the statutory right of cancellation here .
