Outdoor Stage Program BBQ Week 2026

Clear the way for three days full of grilling culture, enjoyment, and inspiration! At the FIRE&FOOD BBQ Week 2026, visitors can expect a diverse program on the outdoor stage from September 5th–7th, 2026, featuring international grill professionals, experts, and exciting personalities from the BBQ scene.

From lamb and Indonesian grilling traditions to vegetarian fire cooking and maple syrup, as well as trends and future topics in BBQ retail, there's something for every taste. Different grilling techniques – from classic charcoal grills to planchas and ceramic grills – will also be presented live.

Look forward to plenty of know-how, exciting demonstrations, new impulses, and of course, one thing: fire, enjoyment, and pure BBQ.

In addition to the outdoor stage program of the fair, the popular highlight events BBQ Masterclasses, the BBQ Night, and for the first time the Grillup WBQA European Plancha Grilling Championship will take place. More information and tickets are available on the FIRE&FOOD BBQ WEEK website at www.bbq-week.de.
