FIRE&FOOD magazine is the first and oldest German-language grilling and barbecue magazine in Europe and has stood for the authentic and unique BBQ lifestyle since its founding in 2002!

In the early days of FIRE&FOOD, almost no one in Germany knew what barbecue was. Founder Elmar Fetscher and his team therefore made it their mission to introduce consumers to different grills, new grilling techniques, and unique recipes . After the grilling trend reached Germany and demand continued to rise, FIRE&FOOD magazine is now published quarterly!
