About Lucki:

Ludwig Maurer, the youngest member of a long-established family of restaurateurs and innkeepers from Bavaria, began his culinary training at the age of 15. After working in various establishments across Germany, he completed an apprenticeship as a hotel manager and later earned his state-certified master chef qualification. Maurer has appeared on television in programs such as "Das perfekte Profi Dinner" on VOX, Galileo, "BR Landfrauenküche," "Kitchen Impossible" with Tim Mälzer, and his own show, "In 80 Steaks um die Welt" (Around the World in 80 Steaks). Thomas Pfeiffer has been a successful photographer for over 25 years and has a passion for good food. He has collaborated with Ludwig Maurer on numerous projects and accompanied him behind the scenes for this particular project.
