The Borniak WiFi 70 is a modern smokehouse that combines traditional taste with the convenience of the latest WiFi technology. Thanks to control via an intuitive mobile Borcook app, you have full control over the entire process – temperature, time, dryer, and smoke generator can be set from anywhere. Alternatively, you can control the desired settings analogously via the panel on the smoke cabinet.
The automatic feeding of wood chips allows for up to 8 hours of perfect, consistent smoke flavor. The spacious 70-liter chamber can accommodate large quantities of meat, fish, vegetables, or cheese – ideal for large families as well as for catering establishments, hunters, anglers, or BBQ fans. The temperature range up to 150 °C enables cold smoking as well as hot smoking, drying, dehydrating, and keeping food warm.
Two integrated, wired core temperature probes guarantee perfect results for juicy, evenly cooked products. The brushed stainless steel casing is robust, corrosion-resistant, hygienic, easy to clean, and elegant in design. The smokehouse works with natural, single-variety Borniak wood chips, which are available in 9 wood types and can be individually mixed to create unique, smoked taste and aroma compositions.
