Countdown to BBQ WEEK 2022: FIRE&FOOD makes the Swabian Alb glow!

From May 6th to 8th, 2022, the time has come: the international grill and BBQ industry will meet at the FIRE&FOOD BBQ Week on the historic Albgut in Münsingen. The trade fair offers a firework of inspiration and possibilities. For all visitors who love and live the BBQ lifestyle - or finally want to get to know it. The BBQ Week, which is organized by the European grill and BBQ magazine FIRE&FOOD, shows the latest trends in the areas of grilling, barbecue, gardening, outdoor living & cooking. Master classes with prominent participants, show grilling, fiery culinary competitions, live music and a red-hot BBQ party on Saturday evening will make the Albgut glow.


For the first time, the FIRE&FOOD BBQ Week welcomes all fans of the fiery lifestyle from near and far to the Albgut in Münsingen. The historic property offers guests and exhibitors of this attractive trade fair format the best conditions for a lavish BBQ party on over 10,000 square meters. For three days, everything revolves around grilling, barbecues, gardening, outdoor living & cooking. The varied program promises a feast for all the senses. Visitors can let their curiosity drive them to their heart's content to take a close look at the latest grill and BBQ ideas and products for the grilling season. These include small camping grills as well as fire plates, gas grill stations, ceramic grills or smokers through to fully equipped outdoor kitchens. From energy supply with charcoal to gas and pellets: Here the smoker smokes! Get involved, taste and try - that is the motto on all days of the trade fair.

The participants in the SCA Steak Championship will put their "steakmaking skills" to the test on Sunday - in both competitions, the BBQ professionals will compete in two real supreme disciplines.
