Stainless steel cold smoke generator for smoking food
Elmar's FIRE&FOOD stainless steel smoking coil not only looks great, is durable and manufactured to the highest standards, but it's also easy to fill and comes in an attractive storage bag, making it an ideal gift for BBQ enthusiasts. It can be cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher. Please note that the smoking coil is not suitable for indoor use!
Here's how:
- Fill the smoking spiral with about 140g of smoking flour.
- Light it with a candle or a gas torch.
- Let them burn slowly and evenly for 12 to 16 hours.
- The recommended operating temperature is max. 32°C (89.6°F)
- The smoking coil can be used on a grill with a lid or in a smoker, but not in the oven.
- Care: Clean with hot water and soap, gently brush off any residue with a nail brush.
- You can also put it in the dishwasher, but it should be washed separately.
