The robust Beefer Cast Iron Pan XL from the System 800 can be used on one side in all XL devices. One half is smooth and the other half has a grill pattern, so different products can be "beefed" simultaneously. The raised rim on both sides effortlessly collects the juices, which you can wonderfully use as a sauce base. The roasted aromas are simply unique for a delicious sauce. With the two Beefer handles from the System 800, the Cast Iron Pan XL can be easily pulled out of the Beefer. Cleaning is done with warm water and mild soap.
