Wood Planks "Western Red Cedar" XL - Grill board red cedar
Axtschlag Wood Planks are grill boards for particularly gentle cooking with that special something in the way of smoke and wood aromas. Simply soak the wooden plank in warm water for 60 minutes before use. Then place the food to be grilled in the middle of the plank and then place it on the grill directly over the heat source (180-220° C). If the wood starts to smolder, move it to the cooler part of the grill. Can be used in open and closed grill systems.
The wood of the red cedar (Western Red Cedar) is highly aromatic and enriches the food with a lemony, fresh taste. Particularly suitable for fish, meat and vegetables - can be served directly on the plank. The 13 mm thick smoking boards enable particularly gentle cooking on any grill and give the grilled food a deliciously aromatic smoky note thanks to the 100% natural wood aromas. Wood from Axtschlag is natural, free from chemical additives and comes from sustainable forests. In addition, Axtschlag voluntarily applies food regulations during processing.
