preparation
➊ Cut the boiled potatoes into equal-sized slices and dice the onions and bacon. First put the bacon in the pan and fry it, then add the potato slices and fry them briefly. Also add the diced onions and finish cooking everything together.
➋ To fry the onion rings, roll them in a little flour. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions in it. As soon as they are golden brown, drain them on kitchen paper.
➌ Grill the liver over direct, high heat and then season with salt and pepper in the indirect grill area. Now add the liver to the fried potatoes and let it marinate.
➍ Finally, cut the apples into thin slices, grill them over direct heat and sprinkle with the BBQ rub. Add the apples to the liver in the pan and cover everything with the fried onions.
