Ingredients

4 burger buns
• 1 tomato
• 1 zucchini
• 2 large king oyster mushrooms
• some pesto
• 1 Burrata
• 50 g arugula
• 50 g Parmesan

preparation

Slice the tomatoes, zucchini and king oyster mushrooms.
Heat up a plancha or a griddle and grill the vegetables with a little oil to give them color.

Cut the burger buns in half and grill them on the cut side.
Now place the burrata on the plancha and let it melt.

Then assemble the burger as follows: Spread the pesto on the bun halves. Place arugula on the bottom half and distribute the zucchini, tomato, and mushrooms on top.

Pour the melted burrata over it and put the lid on – done!
