Preparations for the premiere of the first FIRE&FOOD BBQ WEEK are in full swing. New exhibitors are joining every day, and ticket sales are also up and running.

We are particularly pleased that we were able to win Tuffy Stone for our master classes . The US pitmaster will be holding an 8-hour class on Thursday, May 5th . The class is a special opportunity for professionals and ambitious BBQers to learn the secrets of US BBQ. But the grill masters will also impart a lot of grill and BBQ knowledge in the other 2-hour classes from Friday to Sunday . Of course, enjoyment and a lot of fun are also not neglected.
Many grill brands have already registered for the trade fair and many more have confirmed their participation. We are therefore certain that we will be able to present the largest grill and BBQ trend show in the Swabian Alb by May. In order to offer a culinary variety at the master classes , the BBQ masters Tuffy Stone, Lucki Mauer, Rob Reinkemeyer, Fabian Beck, David Pietralla, Nils Jorra, Tom Heinzle and Thomas Eriksson-Fröhlich have come up with a lot of ideas.
