Two high-performance infrared burners for 800 degrees from a regular electrical outlet? WOW!
This is truly a "small" masterpiece: A genuine 800 degrees Celsius, purely electric, is now available not only in the Beefer One form factor, but also in the XL format – in the truest sense of the word. A real 800 degrees Celsius in the cooking chamber means you can now utilize the full potential of a Beefer in XL, right in your own kitchen, on the patio, or anywhere it's kept dry and protected from rain. So, no gas cylinder required: full power – without a cylinder. A standard 16A socket is all you need. The E-Beefer XL features a "start-up circuit" that ensures a smooth start-up and prevents overly sensitive residual current circuit breakers (RCDs).
Gratinier Express
The E-Beefer XL is exceptionally fast: While your conventional oven can easily take up to 20 minutes to melt cheese into something edible, the E-Beefer reaches at least 800 degrees Celsius in around 5 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature). And this temperature isn't in the burner, but in the upper cooking chamber, as it should be for a true Beefer. So, let's get that handful of cheese under the burner! The two burners are also separately controllable – so you can have an 800° crisping zone and, for example, a 'sizzle zone' at only 400 or 300 degrees.
800° inside – beautifully cool outside
The E-Beefer XL's extremely efficient ventilation system circulates enormous volumes of air within the appliance's double walls, reliably ensuring that the exterior surfaces remain only lukewarm – even after extended use. This is one of the reasons we were able to obtain GS certification (Tested Safety) for the E-Beefer XL as a household appliance. Therefore, you can use it at home in your kitchen, etc., without any worries. Cool, right?
Hand on heart
800 degrees without a heavy or empty gas cylinder has its advantages. Especially when you can stand in the kitchen in truly miserable weather and watch as aromas develop in just a few seconds. Ideally, you should have a powerful extractor hood. You don't get something for nothing. HERE you can find a FIRE&FOOD product review of the E-Beefer XL.
