The 1905 series skilfully combines tradition with a new edition of the historical design. In 1905, Friedr. Dick developed a series of chef's knives with solid ferrules that replaced the previously common rivets. Then as now, the series impresses with its special appearance. The 15 cm long blade is made of X55CrMoV14 steel and is designed for extreme sharpness; the handle is made of plastic. The balanced hardness of 56° HRC is the ideal compromise for ideal edge retention and easy resharpening.
