The V.100 Premium X vacuum device has everything you need to make getting started with professional vacuum packaging as easy as possible. The clear control panel allows for particularly simple and intuitive handling. Thanks to the powerful pump, the vacuum device achieves a maximum negative pressure of up to -0.94 bar.

You can always keep an eye on the vacuum using an optical bar display. You start the sealing process manually by pressing the "Sealing" button. Thanks to a sealing band length of 340 mm, you can seal all common vacuum bag and vacuum roll sizes with the V.100 Premium X. The double weld seam provides double protection. With the right accessories, you can also vacuum seal containers, bowls, cans, pots, bottles and glasses.

Decreasing pump performance, weak technology? - not with Lava. Our vacuum devices are particularly robust and durable. In the event of a defect, individual components can be replaced at any time and this for at least 20 years after the device was purchased. You can even easily replace worn parts yourself.

• Welding at the touch of a button: Start the welding process by briefly pressing the welding button.
• Professionally vacuum seal and seal food, industrial parts and other items.
• Stay flexible: Vacuum not only bags, but also Lava vacuum containers (perfect for liquids) or use the Lava universal lids to vacuum seal pots, bowls or cans. The required suction device is already included. With the help of the Lava vacuum bell, you can also vacuum seal preserving jars and twist-off jars in no time at all.

• Vacuum sealing moist and sensitive products: You can easily upgrade the V.100 Premium X with the Lava L+ pressure regulation and thus also vacuum seal pressure-sensitive or moist foods in the vacuum bag.
• Vacuuming of smooth, standard sealing edge vacuum films from 120 µ thickness is possible. Note: This is a little more complex and takes longer than with structured films.
• Up to 1000 welds in one go: All Lava vacuum devices are designed for continuous use. The oversized welding transformers provide optimal protection for the device against overheating.

What is the difference to the V.200 Premium X?
The V.100 Premium X is a semi-automatic device. This means that after vacuuming, which starts automatically, the sealing process must be initiated by briefly pressing a button. With the V.200 Premium X, you can choose between semi-automatic (manual sealing) and fully automatic mode at the touch of a button.

Can I regulate the negative pressure on the V.100 Premium X?
The L+ pressure regulation is not standard on the V.100 Premium X, but can easily be retrofitted.

Is the pump as high quality as the larger models?
The V.100 Premium X has the same double ball bearing piston pump as the V.200 Premium X or V.300 Premium X and therefore delivers the same high vacuum as these models.

Vacuum rolls - E-Vac (structured) - 30 cm x 6 m
The best protection for your products! Structured vacuum rolls in premium quality. Produced exclusively for Lava in Switzerland and of course 100% free of plasticizers, BPA and microplastics. The original Lava E-Vac vacuum rolls are perfect for your Lava and any other vacuum sealer, including chamber devices. This version has the dimensions 30 cm x 6 m.

Using E-Vac vacuum rolls is so easy:

1. Cut the vacuum roll to the desired length.
2. Place an opening of the cut film on the sealing band of your vacuum sealer (Caution: Do not place it into the vacuum area).
3. Now seal the film automatically or manually. This creates the bottom seam of your finished vacuum bag, which can now be filled.

Finally, order in the freezer. Thanks to the sturdy and washable film labels from Lava, labeling the vacuum bags is very easy. The self-adhesive labels are particularly easy to peel off the roll and can be labeled particularly clearly thanks to five labeling fields.
