Shichirin grill rectangular + Binchotan special package FREE!
The special thing about Shichirin grilling is the convivial gathering around the embers. Similar to European raclette, all delicacies are pre-portioned into tasty bites before a Shichirin grilling ceremony. You won't find a fully-employed grill master at a Shichirin! Friends and family sit together around the table grill and everyone prepares their own dish to their heart's content.
The shichirin is made of ceramic with quartz, cordierite and is fired at a high temperature. This makes this shichirin a real powerhouse. The grill is easy to clean due to the glazed exterior. The device can only be used outdoors with briquettes, self-igniting briquettes or charcoal. The Japanese use binchotan charcoal, the black gold of Japan, which means that extremely high temperatures can be reached. A real yakitori grill reaches a temperature of over 900 degrees. In addition to being used as a yakitori grill (skewers), a round grill that comes standard with a grill can also come with a teppanyaki plate as an accessory. In short, all Japanese cuisine in one device (also called konro or hibachi).

Binchotan Eucalyptus Premium Charcoal
Traditionally, Binchotan charcoal has always been used to fire a Shichirin grill or a Japanese Kamado oven. This unique premium charcoal is among the highest quality in the world and reaches a glowing temperature of up to 1,000°C. Binchotan charcoal is as hard as iron and does not crumble or blacken. In Japanese cuisine, Binchotan enhances the aroma and taste of the food.
Tweezers curved and tweezers straight
The sturdy, straight tweezers can be used as grill tongs for finer work, but also work very well with the shichirin to place the raw meat on the grill. This is to avoid cross-contamination of raw and cooked meat. To remove the cooked meat from the grill, we have curved tweezers as a replacement for the Japanese chopsticks.
Hand fire fans
The Yakiniku fire fan is great for lighting the fire. Especially in the early stages of the fire, this is an ideal tool to quickly increase the size of the fire bed. Of course, it also keeps you cool on hot days!
