The carving knife from the 1905 series
Linking tradition and modernity through the reissue of the historical design. In 1905, Friedr. Dick developed a series of chef's knives with solid clamps, which replaced the previously common rivets. Then as now, the series impresses with its unusual appearance. The blade of this carving knife is made of the special German stainless steel XCrMoVMn. The carving knife is ideal for cutting and carving meat or fish. The smooth, thin blade enables the finest cuts and preserves the fibers without tearing them.
