Bavaria is glowing!

With this recipe, you really have to master the right wrapping technique, because Giuseppe Messina cuts the tender beef sirloin into strips after grilling and then packs them into the warmed corn cake together with the vegetables, homemade salsa, pesto and cheese. The convincing result: compact wraps with a delicious filling. For the "Bayern glüht" campaign, Giuseppe Messina has come up with recipes in which original Bavarian ingredients are used in surprisingly different ways. As always, the professional chef only uses predominantly regional Bavarian quality products that bear the "GQ - tested quality from Bavaria" seal.

preparation

For the vegetables, add 2 tablespoons of oil with the grated garlic to the plancha and fry the vegetables in it, seasoning with salt, pepper and lemon juice.

For the salsa, mix all ingredients to make a salsa sauce.
Grill the beef tenderloin until pink and cut into strips.
Heat the wraps on the plancha, sprinkle with cheese and fill with some vegetables, beef tenderloin strips, salsa and pesto, then roll up.
