Showdown for FIRE&FOOD BBQ Day

Now you have the chance to compete against “Maximiser” Max Hopp in darts.

Germany's best grill masters are ready. They'll be presenting their best grill and BBQ recipes at the Father's Day BBQ on May 29th in Bayreuth. But there are even more exciting events waiting for visitors – darts fans can look forward to a very special highlight.

The pitmasters Klaus Breinig, Giuseppe Messina, Lucki Maurer, Wolfgang Müller, David Pietralla, Hawk Blackburn, Big Bubba, Heiko Arndt and the master of flavors Heiko Antoniewicz do their best to be at the forefront of the visitors' favor.

At the live grill shows, you'll get up close to the grill masters – and you can ask questions and try your hand at it! The grill trends for 2025 will also be on display in Bayreuth, such as the new E-Beefer . Guests are welcome to try out the grill for themselves and try to prepare their own perfect steak.

You can also try the 360° loaf from the most famous baker of today: Christian Philipps from Waldmünchen. We'll ask him in an interview about the secret of his success. Will he reveal it to us?

Radio announcer Nick Herb from Lake Constance is preparing to host the six-hour program. He will also moderate a small darts competition, for which FIRE&FOOD has hired Max Hopp , known to many as Maximiser. As one of Germany's first darts stars, the international professional darts player is happy to demonstrate his sport. And anyone brave enough to compete against him will have the chance to take home at least the new Napoleon Freestyle Plancha. But perhaps there's even more to come.
