Elmar´s FIRE&FOOD smoking spiral
Cold smoke generator made of stainless steel for smoking food
Elmar's FIRE&FOOD smoking spiral made of stainless steel not only looks good, is durable and manufactured to the highest standards, it is also easy to fill and comes in an attractive storage bag, which also makes the smoking spiral an ideal gift for BBQ fans. Cleaning after use can be done by hand or in the dishwasher. Please note that the smoking spiral is not approved for indoor use!
That's how it's done:
- Fill the smoking spiral with about 140 g of smoking wood chips.
- Light them with a candle or a gas torch.
- Let it burn slowly and evenly for 12 to 16 hours.
- The recommended temperature for use is max. 32° C (89.6 °F)
- The smoking spiral can be used on the grill with a lid or in a smoker, but not in the oven.
- Care: Clean with hot water and soap, carefully brush off residue with a nail brush.
- You can also put it in the dishwasher, but it should be washed separately.
